Change messaging related semantic convention attributes

I know we discussed the sem-conv packaging management but didn't reach a consensus, but I think we should update the package again with the latest version and release the breaking change. Since the instrumentations already pin the exact version, it should be fine. I think they all can be updated with the new version in one release cycle time.
