On option to add extra label on deployment for open telemetry-collector

Hi Team,

I'm attempting to add extra labels to an open telemetry-collector deployment, but there is no way to add an extra label and check helper.tpl file as well, and discovered there is the option to get label values form value.yaml file. Please give some options for passing custom labels at the deployment level.
