Span metrics names have changed

With Collector release 0.109.0, the spanmetrics connector introduced a breaking change to the emit metric names. All metrics will now have a traces.span.metrics. This issue describes what happened, and the new metric names in prometheus.

We need to update all Grafana dashboards to reflect the new metric name.
