As discussed in the SIG, some exporters are lacking BAZEL support. Additionally, the readme doesn't mention supported build tools.

We need the following:

  1. When declaring supported C++ versions, also declare build tool support
  2. Make sure BAZEL is clearly denoted as "EXPERIMENTAL", e.g. here
