Update logging exporter examples and docs

Describe the bug

I forgot to update the docs on the logging exporter to use verbosity instead of loglevel. This applies to both the component's README as well as the troubleshooting page.

@sakshi1215 Sure :) You need to account for the changes on #6334 (changing loglevel to verbosity) and update the examples and docs in two places:

• On the logging exporter's README
• On the troubleshooting docs

Take a look at this function to understand how the loglevel values correspond to the verbosity values.
