[receiver/jmxreceiver] Remove generic properties and user-defined groovyscript parameters

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This issue is a portion of the effort to reduce the potential security risks of running the JMX Metrics Gatherer as a separate executable.

Describe the solution you'd like
Remove the ability to define java properties without limitations. Also remove the ability to execute any user-defined groovy script. Any required java properties will need to be defined explicitly as new parameters to the receiver. For the current purposes of this issue, that will include Log Level & Resource Attributes. Any others brought up in response to this issue can also be included.
