How does TLS work with cloud provider load balancers? Do we terminate TLS at load balancer and if yes how does the Server know the client's certificate for acceptance or to rotate? Add section on Load Balancing to explain cons and pros of TLS-terminating vs non-terminating load balancers (client certificate invisible to the Server when TLS-terminating).
