MMPose 新 config 体验并在WFLW上适配姿态估计算法 UDP

Following Config adaptation document](https://aicarrier.feishu.cn/docx/PkICdaJbpoOVjLxMFi2cYqPjnOc)) and config](https://github.com/open-mmlab/mmpose/blob/main/mmpose/configs/body_2d_keypoint/topdown_heatmap/coco/td-hm_hrnet-w48_udp-8xb32-210e_coco-256x192.py)) to try new config type of MMPose:

1. Test new config type of face landmark algorithm on WFLW dataset
2. Convert config](https://github.com/open-mmlab/mmpose/blob/main/configs/face_2d_keypoint/topdown_heatmap/wflw/td-hm_hrnetv2-w18_dark-8xb64-60e_wflw-256x256.py)) into new config type and train a model
3. Fix and report errors you meet and give feedback

根据 Config适配文档](https://aicarrier.feishu.cn/docx/PkICdaJbpoOVjLxMFi2cYqPjnOc)) 和 config](https://github.com/open-mmlab/mmpose/blob/main/mmpose/configs/body_2d_keypoint/topdown_heatmap/coco/td-hm_hrnet-w48_udp-8xb32-210e_coco-256x192.py)) 内容，测试 MMPose 中的新 config：

1. 在人脸 WFLW 数据集上测试与适配新 config
2. 将 config](https://github.com/open-mmlab/mmpose/blob/main/configs/face_2d_keypoint/topdown_heatmap/wflw/td-hm_hrnetv2-w18_dark-8xb64-60e_wflw-256x256.py)) 改为新 config 并训练（算法需要改为UDP）
3. 尝试修复并汇报过程中遇到的任何问题，以及给出改进意见
