增加脚本tools/visualize.py

增加脚本tools/visualize.py

1. 增加一个可视化脚本，用于可视化后端推理结果，可参考 tools/deploy.py中可视化部分
2. 脚本参数包括部署config, 模型config, 后端模型路径，图片列表，pytorch模型(ckpt, 可选)，可视化结果保存路径等
3. 要求当pytorch模型传入的时候，将后端结果和pytorch结果图concat到一起用于对比
