Multi-language support is quite the can of worms and so much more than just having a one-time translation done for a scattering of documents. How are the translations maintained and coordinated when the English doc changes? Are words in images translated? How does a reader select what language they want to read?

Have you checked out Google Translate? Here's the whole project-acrn.github.io site in Chinese (Traditional):
https://opea--project-github-io.translate.goog/latest/index.html?_x_tr_sl=en&_x_tr_tl=zh-CN&_x_tr_hl=en&_x_tr_pto=wapp

You go to https://translate.google.com and choose a website and what language you'd like to see and voila. We'll need feedback on how good the translate is, but the language choice is sticky as you browse through the site.
