This epic is to track the launch of the probe-multiplatform app.

The release is tentatively planned as the following:

NewsMediaScan iOS
Huawei App Gallery
NewsMediaScan Android
OONI Probe Android Open Testing (Beta)
OONI Probe Android Production pending review of data from beta channel within the following 1 or 2 weeks
F-Droid migrate to multiplatform and release (see also Add metadata folder for F-Droid release #443)
OONI Probe iOS
