Failed to extact conda Packages

Describe the bug

When i am trying to install by start, there is error like failed to extrack packages
and when i try to open - conda environment is empty

Is there an existing issue for this?

i open stat-windows. While installing, there is error.
i open start-windows - conda environment is empty
