getCurrentTicks producing warning on MinGW #133

While trying to support more compilers with my own Library I found one more warning that was produced by doctest. This only happens on the MinGW GCC version and not on the Linux version.

  • doctest version: 1.2.9
  • Operating System: Windows-6.3.9600 (appveyor)
  • Compiler+version: GCC 7.1.0 (MinGW)
