[FEAT] Resize frame

Describe the feature

An ability to resize pages similar to toddle.dev would be very handy. The UI specifics is up to you as it will likely change over time.

Should be done here similar to BrowserControl

Specs:

1. Resize width
2. Resize height
3. Show on hover
4. Add some default to be selected.
