unfurl server caching configuration should serve http 500 errors stale but with a custom header

3dfa126 (on testing) updates our nginx caching configuration to serve stale if unfurl server returns a HTTP 500 error. But that will mask errors we probably want to know about. So, consider updating the configuration to add a header indicating the problem so front-end code can act accordingly.
