- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Frozen bread rolls (quantity as needed)
- Non-stick cooking spray
- In a 9x13-inch pan, heat the butter, vanilla ice cream, and brown sugar together. Boil and let cool.
- Place the frozen bread rolls on top of the cooled caramel in the pan.
- Cover with plastic wrap that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Place a towel over the top.
- Allow the bread rolls to rise at room temperature or in the refrigerator until ready to bake. When ready, transfer to the counter and allow to rise.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
