Caramel Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Frozen bread rolls (quantity as needed)
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a 9x13-inch pan, heat the butter, vanilla ice cream, and brown sugar together. Boil and let cool.
  2. Place the frozen bread rolls on top of the cooled caramel in the pan.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Place a towel over the top.
  4. Allow the bread rolls to rise at room temperature or in the refrigerator until ready to bake. When ready, transfer to the counter and allow to rise.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
