Problem to Solve

EIP-7702 allows us to perform arbitrary actions on remote chains and will be rolled out in the next Ethereum hard fork. We need to support this to improve our solving capabilities, such as pull/withdraw flows.

Proposed Solution

Research EIP-7702 and build a prototype that uses it.
