I have been thinking about the Media and Content WG and would like to suggest we define the various activities happening : structure, process, automation, governance and production.
Track 1 - Process/Automation Track Scope
In-scope:Designing an end-to-end process for content generation/curation and dissemination across channels.
Out-of-scope:oversight and production
Track 2 - Governance/Oversight Scope
In-scope:Putting in place templates, standards, taxonomies, quality assurance, approvals, how-tos?
Out-of-scope:process and production
Track 3 - Production Track
In-scopeCreation and curation of content, posting/scheduling/editing and approvals/engagement/feedback
Out-of-scope:process and oversight
There may be some overlap across the tracks, due to the same people working across the three tracks. However, I feel this level of articulation makes it clear what the WG is doing, who is involved and what they can and are doing and also why there are likely different lead times and updates each week. For example track 3 will be operating business-as-usual (BAU) until track 1 and 2 issue the new guidelines.
Currently all my efforts are on Track 1 activities. Thoughts?
