Hi @fourteen-1 , do you mind providing more information to help me determine the root cause of your issue. The plugin appears to work on MacOS with Obsidian v1.4.16 so there may be another issue.

In particular, can you help with:

  • What OS you have
  • How did you install Obsidian
  • What version of the plugin you have installed
  • What in particular isn't working, is the plugin loading, does the emoji picker display at all, are you having issues with inserting emojis?

Answers to these will help me reproduce and fix your error.

I have tested it on my android, linux and windows. After a bit more tinkering around I've figured out that my internet is blocking the website from which the emojis are being pulled from. It works just fine with a vpn/proxy.

Is it please possible to keep the twitter emojis stored locally so the plugin isn't fully dependent on an internet connection altogether? Thank you :)
