Console broken after upgrade to 4.17.0-okd-scos.2. Lightspeed Operator missing

Getting the following after upgrading from 4.15(FCOS)->4.16(SCOS)->4.17.0-okd-scos.2

E0204 14:34:59.548771 1 handler.go:110] Failed to get operator: packagemanifests.packages.operators.coreos.com "lightspeed-operator" not found

I am unable to log into the console and the above messages repeats continually in the console pod logs.

I was able to add the light-speed operator but console login still has issue.

I successfully login but immediately get redirected to the login page

So, seems like it was a cache/cookie issue. Once I cleared my browser cache I was able to log in successfully.
