@nihal467 lets allow users to upload cover images, which should be a 1

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://care.ohc.network/facility/c6f0c78e-6d22-405f-b45d-e34a4f0625ec
2. Click on the dots and select cover image from the dropdown
3. Modify them

In the Facility detail we can improve the validations for Cover Image.

The text in light area means the facility name at that place ?
