Description:

The selected (list/card/board) view is not retained when user navigates away and revisit

Expected :

The selected view should persist even when navigating away and revisiting the pages

@rithviknishad @Jacobjeevan I have completed majority work in PR #9485 which was closed due to architectural updates . Can you please reopen it , i will do additional changes.

Or should i create new one?
