When building react app for production with latest create-react-app I'm getting:

> react-scripts build

Creating an optimized production build...
Failed to compile.

Module not found: Error: Can't resolve 'path' in /client/node_modules/mime-types'
BREAKING CHANGE: webpack < 5 used to include polyfills for node.js core modules by default.
This is no longer the case. Verify if you need this module and configure a polyfill for it.

If you want to include a polyfill, you need to:
        - add a fallback 'resolve.fallback: { "path": require.resolve("path-browserify") }'
        - install 'path-browserify'
If you don't want to include a polyfill, you can use an empty module like this:
        resolve.fallback: { "path": false }

After some research I've made on mime-types I've found this: jshttp/mime-types#82
And indeed according to their docs it is Node.js module.

Downgrading to 4.9.3 resolves issue for me.

@rv4Flyver Downgrading to 4.9.3 fixed the issue for me too, thanks for sharing that solution.
