Problem:

  • There are many Q's, discussions, and documentation taking place that isn't quite easy to find
  • We're improving our documentation and helping to put things together, but there might be additional knowledge that we're not capturing, or making it hard for users to find it

Candidate Solution:

  • run awesomeQA to extract FAQ from discord + TG
  • review tool quality, if tweaks are needed, does this address parts of our requirements?
  • update docs if needed
  • update CM's

DoD:

  • awesomeqa has been assessed
  • if approved, it's been integrated
  • first implementation, release & announcement completed
