Right now the atmospheric forcing based on the track is only based on BEST:
https://github.com/noaa-ocs-modeling/adcircpy/blob/a8b56e39c64eca3c949b19217c7d3cee741d03ff/adcircpy/forcing/winds/best_track.py#L44-L50

In case the simulation is not a hindcast, we might want to run using OFCL or other tags.
