Cloning feature seems to be broken

No matter how you save, cloned pals doesn't appears in the game. When saving game again - cloned pals become empty slots. I tried to play with buttons but nothing makes cloned pals to be appear in the save.

I checked ability to add new pals through program, and its working fine.

Made some changes to cloning in v0.8.12, give it a shot and lmk if you are still having issues.

Checked 0.8.12 update, cloning still doesn't work. But seeing how many you can clone it kills some headache with palbox managment.

I don't understand it, i will try do it on clear save and update this comment.
Update: Adding new pal works fine
Cloning seems fine too...

So something is wrong with my save? How?
I used this program from the start. What could cause it

Just played for a bit, seems like game just refuses to clone any pals that you earned in the game. New pals what was created from program can be cloned.
