There is potential to perform survey scanning of your surrounding wireless environment.
A project that does this already is TrackerJacker. You can perform what is essentially a "nmap scan" of sorts for your surrounding area. The only downside to trackerjacker is that it is strictly command-line and I think this could be a perfect addition to Nzyme, and it could expand on this idea.
Imagine a self-populating survey map and display proximity to your specified networks. Alerts can be made for systems that come within a certain proximity, or even set alerts on devices that shouldn't connect to your specific SSID. Here is a mock-up:
