1. don't bother with the asd file in the project's root; we'll make this
   package loadable with asdf/asdf-install packages once it takes further shape.

2. have quicklisp installed and running in your instance of commonlisp. we use
   emacs/slime with sbcl.

3. simply open package.lisp from /src and load it -- it will load all the other
   .lisp files in the source directory. it will also load a number of integral
   packages to your REPL using quicklisp. we are heavily-dependent on
   :HUNCHENTOOT as well as :CL-MARKUP, :CL-PPCRE, :CSS-LITE and a number of other
   common systems. see the source code for a full list of dependencies.

4. once the package is loaded without error, run the function, from the package
   :CL-PSARA, nicknamed :PS, (ps:+start+) -- this will start the web server and
   the psara application on port 9903 by default.

5. to stop, evaluate the form (ps:+stop+)

6. there are a host of other functions for initialization of specific parts of
   the system, all the important ones are exported in the system definition, use
   it as a reference if you plan to develop the project further.
