Failed To Clone

Operating system and version: Ubuntu 22.04.02

Installing using this command "sudo curl -o- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nvm-sh/nvm/v0.38.0/install.sh | bash"

The getting the following error

"error: git-remote-https died of signal 4
Failed to clone nvm repo. Please report this!"

Anyone able to help?

Please do not run the command with sudo, nor most any other command.

some googling says:

Turns out it'a Qemu issue: with -accel hax hardware acceleration I
have this error, if I use -accel tcg it works without issues.

any chance you're using qemu?
