[FEA] Add the Morpheus Visualization Repo as a Submodule

The Morpheus Visualization Repo should be added to Morpheus as a submodule to link the two repositories together at specific commits.

Describe the solution you'd like
Once the visualization repo is added as a submodule, any examples that use the repo should be updated to use the local path. Where possible, the examples should be updated to start from a single location. For example, the SID viz example requires instructions in two locations and requires launching from two different directories. These should be unified.
