Not allowing to add note

I wish to add the statement "Client wants product name to start with o/a" as part of the details of an interaction with a client. In my opinion, it is a valid detail. However, the system does not accept this detail.

Disallowing o/ in the interaction note is current design limitation but does not affect usability in the case of interaction notes
