Is it good idea to introduce 4th column for the table?

The idea is the next:

1. Split information about a word itself and part of speech (noun, adjective, verb).
2. Separate columns will make it easier to handle and update.

Open questions:

1. Where should be placed this column?
   As an option a new column could be placed on the right from 1st column.
