Test is at https://github.com/nunit/nunit-console/blob/master/src/NUnitConsole/nunit3-console.tests/CommandLineTests.cs#L155

The option is one of our NetFX-only options but the test runs for all runtimes.

This issue has been resolved in version 3.14.0

The release is available on:
GitHub.
NuGet packages are also available NuGet.org and
Chocolatey Packages may be found at Chocolatey.org
