Assert.IsNotAssignableFrom succeeds if the object provided may not be assigned a value of the expected type.

Assert.IsNotAssignableFrom(Type expected, object actual);
Assert.IsNotAssignableFrom(Type expected, object actual,
                           string message, params object[] parms);
Assert.IsNotAssignableFrom<T>(object actual);
Assert.IsNotAssignableFrom<T>(object actual,
                              string message, params object[] parms);
