[FR] Remove options from list on ionic asset page

User story

As a user, I want certain options to be removed from the list on the Ionic asset page, streamlining the available choices and improving the user experience.

Expectation

When user disconnect or asset doesn't registered yet, user will enter asset page(ionic), and only remove feature could work. It should only show the workable option.
