Summary

We should be able to verify any core features not already being verified by functional test (or by the soon-to-be concurrent updates test (i.e. whatever is distinctly different from the other strategies such that it should be separate). I'm thinking it could include:

  • failure case
  • application of the "force promote" label on something which is failed to cause it to be successful

Anything else?
