Auto download while reading is always on

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a chapter to the download queue
2. Click on download icon->start downloading chapter now

• When start reading a chapter and it is in the download queue the download start automatically even if you have it stopped

Expected behavior

It start download normally

Actual behavior

It's duplicated in the download queue
