The release states there where some issues with builds:
https://github.com/nsubstitute/NSubstitute/releases/tag/v5.2.0

But it has been half a year, and still no updated NuGet packages, will this be solved?

I'm a little conflicted about little things like this, I wanted to suggest NSubstitute at work as a replacement for Moq, but I want to switch to a library that is actively maintained.

Sorry @SierraNL , thanks for the reminder. Chasing this up now and should be able to publish 5.3 shortly. (#836)

I want to switch to a library that is actively maintained.

Understood, there are still community contributions but the core team aren't as active in the .NET sphere any more. Happy to work with any one keen to help out and able to be more actively involved.
