Description of the new feature/enhancement

In the past, a multi touch mode has been tested. Why not adding it in standard version. It could be a real ergonomic added value.

The multi-touch prototype was built with JavaFX and we have decided to not use it, see #595 (comment)

However, with the current version, it is possible to adjust the size of buttons and menus, see https://weasis.org/en/tutorials/theme/index.html#how-to-scale-the-user-interface

Hi,
You right, but a real multi touch interface consist also to use pinch to zoom, use 2 fingers to move the image, use 3 fingers to change levels, etc...
It's not only size of buttons.
Like Radiant DICOM viewer does...

Regards,
