"Ok... When that slow/no resolution happened, in disployed our index.html page on my server. Perhaps it's pulling up the Cache on cloudflare. Hmmm... I'll have to do something about that. When that happens it would probably be a good time to display a notice and something promotional. "

Looks like a cache is droped every day and when user come first time he see slow loading, but second user and all others wee fast loading.
