Сейчас все сети находятся в локальном файле. Это основная связующая точка для получения начальных данных. Если убрать локальные данные, то мы не будем знать куда делать запрос за остальными.
Также с поверхностного взгляда чувствуется полная потеря совместимости со старыми версиями приложения.
