Use external sdcard

First of all, thanks for this great plugin.

Im trying to use the external sdcard to download files from server without results.

Steps to reproduce

1. Make app available to install in sdcard.
2. When app run an update, the app data its located in device storage, but device doesnt have space.

By this reason Im trying to know if possible controls the releases, and move it to external storage.

System info

• Platform: Android
• Cordova version: 7.1.0
• Node version: 9.0.0
