There's usually a short cat-herding time at the start of the meeting and then occasionally we have some quick private business to attend to before we can start recording & streaming. I won't be able to attend this meeting as I am abroad. The migration of the DB is ongoing (I should populate the first data in the new repo this week end).

On the agenda, I'd like to just point people towards the document that was added to #376 to start review and discussion, but don't think it has been out long enough to have a thorough discussion. I won't be able to attend this meeting unfortunately.
