From a quick google - This looks like a git bash bug, what version of git bash are you running and can you try updating to the latest one?

Are you actually using the git bash or just the normal MinGW terminal? (It is strange that git was not found considering that it is supposed to be git bash.)

@benjamingr was asking for the version of the git bash, not the node version.
