Bind to multiple ip's when using net.Stream

I have detailed my issue here http://groups.google.com/group/nodejs/browse_thread/thread/f12edf6ffc92b9e2 , is it possible to add an option that a net.Steam created socket is binded to a specific ip:port on a system with multiple ip's so the system it connects to sees that ip:port and not the default one?
