User Journey Deep Dive #1: Process Crash

Deep dive on process crash related use cases. The goal of this deep dive is to identify symptoms, current and ideal user journeys as well as the gap between now and the future. Collecting these things will help the WG to work towards the ideal user journey, recommend tools and create guides to root cause the related use-cases.
