Configure Command:
python3 waf configure -T release --check-cxx-compiler=g++ --check-c-compiler=gcc
(in MSYS2 MINGW64)
packages installed: pacman -S mingw-w64-x86_64-SDL2 mingw-w64-x86_64-freetype mingw-w64-x86_64-fontconfig mingw-w64-x86_64-curl mingw-w64-x86_64-pkgconf mingw-w64-x86_64-openal mingw-w64-x86_64-libjpeg-turbo mingw-w64-x86_64-libpng

mingw64 are open source windows compilation tools btw, a alternative to msvc

Use a MVSC for windows
MINGW64 cannot be use for compile
