Entity sensor.broadlink_s1c_2ciwoyr (<class 'custom_components.broadlink_s1c.sensor.S1C_SENSOR'>) is using self.async_update_ha_state(), without enabling force_refresh. Instead it should use self.async_write_ha_state(), please create a bug report at https://github.com/nick2525/broadlink_s1c_s2c/issues
