Organise a kick-off session for the 'Ask users for ethnic groups' pattern contribution.

Why

To discuss the contribution in detail, including timescales and support.

To do

  • Set a date and time for the session
  • Prep for the session
  • Create and share the agenda
  • Run the session
  • Share the acceptance criteria agreed in the kick-off session with the contributor to check
  • Update GitHub issue for tracking the work and share with contributor
  • Create a Slack channel for contribution conversations between us and the contributor
