Repeat tests with nf-core modules create-test-yml to catch unreproducible md5 sums #890

To create perfectly ready test.yml files, nf-core modules create-test-yml should run the tests twice an compare md5 sums between runs. If they are not reproducible, then they shouldn't be added to the test.yml file.
